Terms & Conditions

• The promotion closes Friday October 30th 5pm and no nominations will be accepted after this time.
• Based on the information supplied, the judging panel will select 17 local community organisations to receive funding through the Pellow & Hill Community Support Fund. Funding will be awarded across three tiers: two organisations will receive $2,500, five organisations will receive $1,000, and ten organisations will receive $500 to support the valuable work they do within our community.
• The Promotion organisers will apply a consistent and strict criteria when assessing submissions and their decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners will be notified by email phone (voice /text) or in person and must agree to associated publicity which will include but not necessarily be limited to having a photograph of the sponsorship presentation on our website and social media.
• The $100 Wayward Pidgeon Restaurant & Pub vouchers must be used in accordance with the companies standard terms and conditions.
• The nominator agrees for their identity to be revealed to the organisation they nominate.
